Grace Mugane is a dedicated community change agent committed to empowering young girls and women through education and opportunity. Having benefitted from scholarship programs that enabled her to pursue education up to university level, she is deeply passionate about giving back and creating pathways for others to thrive. Grace has actively contributed to various charitable initiatives. She founded the Daystar University Resource Mobilization Team (DUREMO), a student-led platform that fundraised school fees for fellow students in need. She also served as the Communications Director for the Lukenya Pillars of Transformation (LPT), a community-based organization that spearheaded the establishment of Daystar Mulandi Primary School, providing quality education to children from the Daystar University’s neighbouring community. With a strong belief in creating lasting change “one life at a time,” Grace continues to champion initiatives that uplift communities, promote education, and inspire hope.
