Mary Muthoni is a Social Worker by profession and qualified in Middlesex University in 2011(London, United Kingdom). She has worked in this capacity in several local authorities in England. Having experienced limitations of economic deprivation in her childhood, Mary has a passion in social justice causes, and an active advocate of socioeconomic development of communities living in deprived situations in Kenya, particularly children, girls and women. Mary is the Founder of TULIP (2002) which is a non profit organisation supporting teenage girls and women empowerment through education, life skills, mentorship and discipleship. In her free time, you will find Mary enjoying time with her family and friends, having pamper sessions in spas,fitness and trotting the globe (travelling).
